Greye La Spina (1880–1969) was an American writer who is best known for her horror, fantasy and suspense fiction. Born in Wakefield, Massachusetts, she published over one hundred short stories, serials, novelettes and one-act plays during her career.

She became particularly associated with pulp magazines such as Weird Tales and The Thrill Book, where her supernatural fiction gained a large readership. She published her first supernatural story in 1919, and her best-known work, Invaders from the Dark, was published in hardcover by Arkham House in 1960.

She is now remembered as one of the most notable women writers of early twentieth-century weird fiction.
