Rainbow Valley is a juvenile novel written by Lucy Maud Montgomery and originally published in 1919.

In the seventh installment of the well-known series Anne of Green Gables we meet again with Anne Shirley being already a woman with 41 years, married for more than fifteen years with the love of her youth.

The couple live with their six children in Ingleside and return home from a trip to Europe. They discover that there is a new neighbor in the neighborhood named John Meredith, a Presbyterian Pastor, along with his four children.

Unlike other novels where Anne is more prominent, the plot of this installment focuses on John's four children. They become friends with Anne's children and will live numerous adventures and mischief because their education and manners are not entirely appropriate.

Themes such as friendship, love or the importance of family will stand out in this novel to continue with the adventures of Ana and her children.
