Acres of Diamonds is a self-help book written by Russell H. Conwell and originally published in 1890. It is a transcription of one of Conwell's most popular lectures.
Conwell uses a parable to talk about success through a farmer who sells his farm to look for diamonds elsewhere when the real potential was in his own land.
The author states that success is a spiritual idea and can be pursued if you know where to look, as opportunities for success first appear in the individual's own consciousness.
Any company or business we start will be as successful as the people who run it want it to be, because they have the inner potential to make it happen and it is waiting to be utilized.
Despite its short length, this little book has a big message to put into practice in daily life.
