The Ghost Pirates

The Ghost Pirates is a horror novel written by William Hope Hodgson and first published in 1909.

This is a nautical horror novel that tells the chilling story of the crew aboard the Mortzestus, a ship plagued by strange, supernatural events.

The protagonist, Jessop, recounts the gradual, eerie unravelling of reality as ghostly pirate figures begin to haunt the ship, leading to mysterious disappearances and deaths.
