The Man in the Brown Suit is a mystery novel written by Agatha Christie and first published in 1924.
Ann Beddinfeld receives a large inheritance from her father, who was a famous anthropologist. She has the firm intention of using all that money for a good purpose and to live an adventure: Ann wants to uncover the head of a group of diamond thieves.
This group operates in South Africa, and that is where Ann travels and where the plot unfolds. In a context where the suspects appear to be innocent, Ann will try to discover the truth and achieve her goals. And, by the way, to find love...
In this entertaining and mysterious novel, Ann will have to decipher this puzzle regardless of the dangerous risks she will have to take to do so.
The story was adapted to television (without much success) in 1989, in a film directed by Alan Grint.
