The Mysterious Island is a novel written by Jules Verne in 1874. The novel was an instant success and it has been translated into many languages.

The book tells the story about a group of castaways who find themselves on a deserted and mysterious island, where they must face all kinds of dangers to survive and discover the secret of the island.

They use their ingenuity to survive and eventually find a way to escape.
