Whose Body? is a mystery and detective novel written by Dorothy L. Sayers and originally published in 1923. It is the introductory novel of the mythical character created by Sayers: Lord Peter Wimsey.
In the house of Mr. Thipps a corpse of a stranger is found in the bathtub and totally naked except for a pair of gold glasses.
Lord Peter Wimsey is called to the house by his mother. The corpse bears a strong resemblance to a banker who has disappeared, but it is soon discovered that it is not him...
